VISA F

There are three categories of F visas institutions:

F-1 visa — for international students wishing to enroll in a full-time program in the United States. To study in a US university or educational institution, Indian students must apply for

F-1 visas. 

F-2 visa — for F-1 visa holders' dependents. Dependents may include spouses and unmarried children under 21. 


STUDENTS WITH F-1 VISAS: EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS

During the regular session, F-1 visa holders are permitted to work on campus for 20 hours or less each week without prior authorization. If an F-1 visa holder chooses to work longer hours or off-campus, he or she must obtain permission from US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

M VISA is a type of visa that allows you to

J. VISA

There are two types of J visas: non-immigrant and immigrant.

J-1 visas are awarded to international students who are enrolled in programs in the United States that promote cultural exchange between the United States and other countries. The program can either be run by the government or by the private sector. J visa holders are only allowed to stay in the United States for a limited duration, usually one or two semesters.
